The beach cleaning CSR event, held on 29 September, was a success, bringing together the staff and families and friends of the company to tackle the environmental challenges facing Cyprus’ coastal areas. Together, they collected trash, including plastics, cigarette butts, and other debris that pose a threat to the marine ecosystems.

Parimatch Cyprus reported that the beach cleaning initiative, in collaboration with the Municipality of Limassol, resulted in a substantial reduction in litter on the beach, especially many cigarette butts, contributing to a cleaner and safer environment for both residents and tourists.

"Our beach cleaning CSR event exemplifies our commitment to sustainability and community engagement," stated Marianna Hadjiandoniou, HR Director of Parimatch Cyprus. "We believe that by taking a proactive role in preserving our natural treasures, we can create a lasting positive impact and inspire others to do the same. This event is just one step in our ongoing journey towards a more sustainable future."
