Luxury apartments at Ayia Napa Marina’s East Tower now available

The twisting East Tower of Ayia Napa Marina, a marvel of 21st-century architecture and part of a highly exclusive club of just 41 constructions around the world, has been completed and the first apartment owners have already started to call it their “home”.

The apartments’ handover has been taking place gradually since 11 September, 2023, and the owners are excited about their new residences and the opportunity of living in an iconic, state-of-the-art building, prominently located at the heart of Ayia Napa Marina and offering an unparalleled view of the Mediterranean Sea.

Ayia Napa Marina organised a media visit event for the commencement of the East Tower apartments’ handover on 18 October. After a presentation of this large-scale project, attendants took a tour of the groundbreaking, sophisticated East Tower. The event kicked off in the morning, when guests were welcomed at the Ground Lobby of the Tower with coffee and snacks, followed by a brief press conference at the building’s Upper Lobby.

Speakers included Stavros Caramondanis, CEO of Ayia Napa Marina, Yiannis Antoniou, Sales Manager of Ayia Napa Marina, and Dr Pavlos Philippou, Director & Partner of J+A Philippou, which is the architecture firm behind this project. All three highlighted its quality and high standards, as well as the East Tower’s — and Ayia Napa Marina’s—contribution to the local economy and its development.

Afterwards, media representatives enjoyed a tour of the Tower’s spaces, during which they took in not only the modern, hi-tech apartments with their amenities, luxury, and 24-hour, 360ᵒ view but also the cutting-edge spa and fitness facilities, the pool, and the elegant communal spaces. The event concluded with a meal at Le Deli Robuchon.
