Parimatch Cyprus employees, family and friends make blood drive a success

Blood Donations can help build employee morale and camaraderie as employees work together towards a good cause. And especially when the blood banks in Cyprus are at a critical low level and any support and willingness to donate can make a profound impact on the lives of those in need, contributing to the replenishment of critical blood banks in Cyprus.

Parimatch Cyprus recognises the importance of such an important CSR initative and organises a blood donation drive for their staff and their families and friends every year. This year’s event was held on Friday, 13 October, and a community spirit unfolded at Parimatch Cyprus as they rolled up their sleeves for a good cause.

The heartfelt generosity of the participants was nothing short of remarkable. With sleeves rolled up and hearts open wide, they gave the invaluable gift of life to those who depend on it. The company, to express its appreciation, allowed them to take the remainder of the day off, offering a well-deserved opportunity to recharge and reflect on their incredible act of kindness.

The HR Director of Parimatch Cyprus, Marianna Hadjiandoniou thanked all the volunteers and stated that the Blood Donation Drive exemplifies the commitment of Parimatch Cyprus to social responsibility and community involvement and is a part of the statutory CSR activities of the company, whose aim is to support the local community, while encouraging the company's staff to participate and support acts of solidarity and responsibility.
