House Price Index up by 3.22% annually in Q2 2023

House prices were up on an annual basis in the second quarter of this year but remained more or less stable on a quarterly basis, according to a preliminary estimate released by CySTAT.

In particular, according to the estimate, the House Price Index increased by 3.2% in the second quarter of 2023, compared to the same quarter of 2022.

The HPI for the second quarter of 2023 amounts to 109.72 units.

Compared to the first quarter of 2023, the HPI decreased by 0.4%.
