A decrease is observed in all permanent personnel categories, whereas an increase is observed in all casual personnel categories. The main change is observed in casual Educational Service staff (an increase of 24.2%). A decrease is observed in Hourly Paid Workers (-18.6%), which is mainly attributed to the transfer of Hourly Paid Workers from the Ministry of Health to the State Health Services Organisation, which is included in the Broad Public Sector, as of January 2023.

Compared to September 2023, the main change in employment is observed in casual Educational Service staff (an increase of 23.0%). Employment levels in all other personnel categories remained stable in comparison to September 2023.
