Trilogy: Finishing touches being put on Cybarco’s luxury Limassol project (pics & video)

The countdown has begun for the long-awaited addition to the Limassol coastline, Cybarco’s Trilogy.

The crews working on Trilogy are putting the final touches on the exterior of the plaza, the gardens and the facades of the two front towers, in which all the offices were sold last year and only twenty apartments remain available.

Another success story for Cybarco, with a new community in the works

As noted by the company, "Trilogy cannot be compared to any other project in Cyprus. It is a unique destination, much more than a place to live, work and play. It's an experience. For all. From apartment owners and business executives, to restaurant customers and ordinary passers-by."

"This is the Trilogy. An urban oasis with the energy of a European city, in the heart of Limassol," Cybarco continues.

Michalis Hadjipanayiotou, Executive Director of Trilogy and CEO of Cybarco Development, is well aware of what such a project can offer the city and the community, having played an active role in the realisation of Limassol Marina and The Oval.

“It's exciting when we see a vision of ours come true. Our team is working hard to deliver the destination that will breathe new life into the wider area, something we are all looking forward to! In fact, this is the reason why we proceeded with the rebranding of Trilogy. It's a new perspective for everyone."

In addition, 75% of the third and final building – which forms part of the second phase of the development and includes a private oasis for residents – has been sold, while work is well underway at the back of the project. The luxurious and spacious apartments in "North Residences", overlooking the sea, are an opportunity for those who wish to live the unique experience that Trilogy will offer, just 150 meters from the sea and with prices starting from €660,000.

"The last piece in the Trilogy puzzle covers the needs for a first home, holiday home, and investment. It has an impressive design and magnificent views of the sea, the city, and the iconic front towers.

There are no other apartments in Limassol at such a close distance from the sea, at these prices, and with private areas of a total area of 6,700 sq.m. which have gardens, playground, swimming pools, and pool bar, literally on their doorstep.

Residents will exit their apartments, take the elevator to the ground floor, cross the reception area past the private nursery, gym, café, and wet spa to reach the outdoor facilities. It's a truly wonderful way to enjoy the Trilogy, with five-star service and a 6,850 square meter public square.”

Also, a team of experienced professionals who will be housed in the central reception, will be responsible for rentals, property management, and the lifestyle management of customers.

Within the next few weeks, the 'names' behind the restaurants, hair salon, and shops that will be located in the square will be announced.

With the process of finalizing the menus nearing completion, as well as the procedures for branding the restaurants that will bring the ultimate Mediterranean feel to the project, there is no doubt that a community is in the works that will be full of energy, inspired by a new and a different perspective on the future.
