EY Cyprus shines a spotlight on workplace wellbeing

EY Cyprus has announced the successful completion of its highly anticipated webcast event, where the results of the Cyprus Workplace Wellbeing Survey were presented.

According to an announcement from the company, the event held on 20 November, brought together industry leaders, professionals, and stakeholders to discuss and dissect the findings of this significant survey.

The Cyprus Workplace Wellbeing Survey, conducted across various sectors, is a key component of the global 'Humans@Center' initiative. This initiative, spearheaded by EY, seeks to unravel companies' perceptions of wellbeing, existing initiatives, and the readiness to implement wellbeing practices.

Panayiotis Thrasyvoulou, Partner, Head of People Advisory Services, and Partner in charge of EY Academy of Learning and Development at EY, offered insights, saying "At EY, we believe that prioritising workplace wellbeing is not just a corporate responsibility but a strategic imperative. Our survey underscores the significance of fostering a positive work environment for the benefit of both employees and organisations. Together, we can create workplaces that thrive on a foundation of employee health and happiness."
