From IDEA to REALITY: The story behind Heroes Made

The path between an idea being formed and becoming a reality is a long one. Newly-formed companies often start out with an idea and, until reaching the point of its application and realisation, face a series of challenges that often lead to their sudden demise.

As noted in a number of studies, approximately 20% of newly-formed companies fail within the first two years of their operation.

However, those that are strong enough and… work like heroes, survive.

An immersive presentation detailing 10 key lessons learned from establishing the start-up Heroes Made all the way to its market success will be available to attendees at the upcoming Inspire 2023: Start-up Stories of Business Success, which will take place on Tuesday, 19 December, 2023 at the Filoxenia Conference Center in Nicosia.

Within the framework of the event, audiences will have the opportunity to learn about the basic elements that were adopted by the company, and resulted in a significantly more improved path to its success.

Event attendees will also gain invaluable know-how and experience firsthand, and discover strategies to help turn their ideas into thriving businesses in today's competitive startup ecosystem through a speech by the Founder and CEO of Heroes Made, Maria Lavithi.

An innovative event

Well-established Cypriot startups will be sharing their recipes for success through their own exciting professional journeys.

At Inspire 2023: Start-up Stories of Business Success, taking place on Tuesday 19 December, company representatives will tell the 500+ attendees all about their past and ongoing experience in business. Audiences will have the opportunity to learn how to turn their ideas into business plans, how to get funding, how to develop a competitive advantage, and how established companies managed to overcome obstacles to achieve success in their sector.

The unique event will also include music, street food and cocktails as attendees have the opportunity to hear exciting stories of professional success.

Dozens of success stories

As well as Ηeroes Made sharing their story about transforming from a small office into a significant market presence, a series of other companies will also be making presentation at the event.

The establishment of the insurance company Hellas Direct is among Inspire’s case studies. Take an exciting journey through time, back to 2012, when Hellas Direct started out in the difficult conditions of the time, up until 2023 when the company has activities in three countries.

In a world full of intense financial challenges, meanwhile, there are also always opportunities. A presentation by Threedium will reveal the power of the entrepreneurial spirit and the critical role of strategy and luck in decoding the formation and success of a Multi-Million Tech Company.

Malloc will also share its journey with the public, revealing all the challenges the company faced along the way to success.

Navigating the Business Battlefield: Turning Challenges into Wins

EMBIO will refer to the unwavering passion of its founders and their personal sacrifices in a biotechnology success story that has prepared it for breakthrough achievements.

Also sign up to be there when Theramir Ltd tells the story of the creation and development of three biotech startups based in Cyprus.

Foody's story always has something new to teach us. How did it come about, how did the team develop and what did they learn along the way? All this will be analysed by the company which will be among the big players who started small and eventually dominated their market.
