CSEO and Embassy of Poland organise exhibition on Nicolaus Copernicus

The Cyprus Space Exploration Organisation and the Embassy of Poland in Nicosia have organised an exhibition on the life and work of Nicolaus Copernicus.

The exhibition is taking place in honour of the 550th birthday of the groundbreaking astronomer, who, between 1512 and 1513, formulated the heliocentric model, the model of the Earth orbiting the sun.

The exhibition will be taking place between 1- 8 December, at the CSEO Discovery Alpha headquarters, situated at 1 Alkiviadi Street, Nicosia 1016.

A press release by CSEO says that visitors will experience the life and contributions of Copernicus. From his revolutionary heliocentric model to his pivotal role in the Scientific Revolution, the exhibition will explore his profound impact on our perception of the cosmos.
