Cyprus Health Minister to take part in EU Health Council

Cyprus' Minister of Health Dr. Popi Kanari, has departed for Brussels to take part in the EU Health Council that will be held on 30 November.

An official press release said that the Minister will also address the opening ceremony of the Joint Action on eHealth, which is being organised by the National e-Health Authority at the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Cyprus in Brussels, between 29-30 November. The project is funded by the EU4Health 2021-2027 Programme and coordinated by the National e-Health Authority.

During her stay in the Belgian capital, Dr Kanari will also hold bilateral meetings with her counterparts to discuss health issues and sign a Memorandum of Understanding with Malta.
