Callia is the Head of Deal Advisory & ESG Services at Nexia Poyiadjis. She is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant with over 20 years of experience in Deal Advisory Services. Throughout her career, Callia has managed several Corporate Finance and Transaction Services projects including but not limited to valuations, financing advisory, M&A, contract assistance, due diligence and transaction structuring.

Zinonas Kalogirou, Insolvency Practitioner, Senior Manager, Debt Restructuring & Insolvency

Zinonas has over 12 years of experience in Debt Advisory and Insolvency Services. He is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and a qualified accountant with extensive experience in formal insolvency appointments, debt advisory engagements, financial restructurings, and the preparation of independent reports/reviews for corporate clients and financial institutions.
