New SuperHome Center DIY officially opens in Paphos

The new SuperHome Center DIY superstore, situated within the Neon Mall of Pafos, has officially opened.

The Friday, March 10 inauguration ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Paphos Phedonas Phedonos, who also performed the opening, Paphos MPs, Paphos Prefect Mary Lambrou, other state officials, members of the Shacolas Group management and staff, and a large number of guests.

In their addresses at the event, both George Giovanni, General Manager, SuperHome Center, and Nicos Shacolas, Lifetime Honorary President, CTC Group, expressed joy and pride over the operation of the new store. They also highlighted the Group's commitment to providing quality products and services to the public with what they described as the reliability and consistency that characterises the history and presence of SuperHome Center around Cyprus.

At the same time, reference was made to the Group's significant contribution to the upgrading of the local market in Paphos District and the creation of new jobs to meet the operational needs of the new megastore. This was a point Mayor Phedonos also emphasised during his own address.

The new and modern 3,500 sq.m. SuperHome Center DIY Department Store in Paphos replaces the previous one, situated at a different location. It will provide the public with all the services and products offered by the pan-Cypriot chain, with the same competitive prices and services, confirming what the Group described as its clear commitment to the offer to the local community and the wider district of Paphos.

With 19 departments and a huge variety of equipment for the home, garden, office, shop, etc., SuperHome Center has set the bar even higher for the consumer public, an announcement from the company noted.

This new store’s opening is also part of the CTC Group's continuous effort to offer its customers a more pleasant, modern and upgraded shopping experience.

Currently, six SuperHome Center DIY superstores operate all over Cyprus, in addition to an online store. There are three in Nicosia (Strovolos, Lakatamia and Engomi), one in Larnaca, one in Limassol and one in Paphos, making the Superhome Center (DIY) Ltd company the largest DIY & Home Improvement chain in Cyprus, covering a combined total area of ​​over 24,000 sq.m. and with a staff of more than 400 people. The SuperHome Centers offer 65,000 quality products in more than 20 specialised categories and serve more than 1.3 million visitors every year.

The new SuperHome Center superstore in Paphos will be open seven days a week, from 8am to 8pm on weekdays and 9am to 7pm on weekends.
