Being the only Thalassotherapy Center in Cyprus, it has five pools (three indoor and two outdoor) with different temperatures and salt content, where clients can enjoy the multiple benefits of mineral-enriched seawater, following a supervised programme of total relaxation and release from stress and tension.

In the 14 treatment rooms and 3 suites, the therapists’ experienced hands apply effective treatments, using signature Biologique Recherche and Thalgo products, with the aim of detoxification, relaxation, discharge, and activation of the organism.

The wide range of targeted body and face treatments covers every individual need. These include, among others, a series of massage treatments (muscle-relaxing, detoxifying, pain-fighting, restoring the natural flow of energy, etc.), body scrubs and wraps, eye treatments, and impressive facial treatments (anti-aging, restorative, deep cleansing, firming, moisturising and glowing). Treatments aimed exclusively at pregnant women or the special needs of men's skincare are also available.

Two of Kalloni Spa's luxury suites allow clients to experience, individually or as couples, one of the oldest Russian traditions, the Russian Banya Experience, featuring an aromatic sauna and plunge pool with cold water. A few words about the Thalassotherapy Programme

Kalloni Spa's Thalassotherapy Programme takes place under the supervision of experienced pool attendants, who guide clients through three seawater pools, each of a different temperature and salt content.

The experience begins by spending 15 minutes in the first pool of pure sea water, with a temperature of 34°C, and oxygen bubbles. The goal is to relax and prepare the body for the next step.

Another 15 minutes follow in the second pool, where the salinity conditions of the Dead Sea are simulated. The water temperature is 32°C, while its very high salt content creates buoyancy conditions that allow the body to float, with detoxifying and musculoskeletal benefits. Then the third pool takes its turn, with seawater at a temperature of 29-30°C and powerful hydromassages. For 30 minutes, the client can enjoy a hydromassage of the entire body, from the neck muscles to those of the foot, enhancing muscle relaxation and helping to remove dead cells. The program ends with 10 minutes in the steam room, at a temperature of 40°C.
