New breakfast & brunch menu at The Gallery at Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Limassol

The Gallery, the all-day lounge bar-restaurant at Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Limassol, is welcoming spring with a new breakfast and brunch menu.

Available daily from 9.00 am. to 1 p.m., the menu is made up of temptingly tasted options for every dietary preference.

The protagonist of this new menu is the egg, through a multitude of delicious dishes inspired by Cypriot and international cuisine. Local produce is highlighted in the Cypriot Breakfast, in which eggs meet lounza, Cypriot sausage, halloumi, and grilled tomatoes. For those who prefer poached eggs, their combination with avocado, cottage cheese, and a spicy touch of Hollandaise-Sriracha sauce is available, as are the internationally popular Eggs Benedict and Eggs Florentine dishes.

Quail eggs, meanwhile, are combined with smoked salmon, cream cheese, and avocado, while the menu also includes vegetarian options: egg white omelette, spinach, tomato, and avocado, for a light start to the day, and Shakshuka, the attractive dish of eggs in tomato sauce with peppers, onion, garlic and olive oil.

For vegans, and also those who prefer an extremely healthy option for breakfast or brunch, the healthy bowls are recommended: Granola with berries (granola with mixed berries and coconut yogurt), Acai bowl (smoothie with forest fruits, granola, coconut yogurt, and fresh fruit) and Chia pudding (chia seeds with almond milk and mixed berries).

The pancakes on the menu are also vegan, with strawberries and tahini, for those who want a sweet alternative, while, of course, the nutrient-rich seasonal fruit platter could not be missing from the menu.

The new breakfast and brunch menu complements the already popular lunch and dinner options offered by the unique lounge bar The Gallery, with its artwork, sophisticated atmosphere, outdoor shisha bar on the terrace, world-class cocktails, and refreshing views of the gardens and the sea.

At midday, a range of snacks and international dishes (club sandwiches, burgers, pasta dishes, etc.) will please the young and old, while in the evening it transforms into a Japanese sushi spot to serve the best sushi in the area, which is prepared on the spot by the skilled chef.
