The Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol will soon be reopening to celebrate its 30th anniversary following a renovation and the addition of a new restaurant by celebrated Corfiot Italian Chef Ettore Botrini.

The Four Seasons Hotel is anticipated to reopen its doors at the start of April, following renovations and structural upgrades including new visitors’ lifts and the installation of photovoltaic panels, sources have told IN BusinessNews.

The renovation also includes the full redesign of the corridors to the hotel’s guest rooms and new, larger, luxury rooms with a sea view are also being created on the fourth and fifth floors.

Another important development is the inclusion of a new Italian restaurant, anticipated to open in May.

According to the same sources, the new eater’s menu will be overseen by well-known Michelin- star Chef Ettore Botrini.

The restaurant will serve authentic Italian food including cold cuts, antipasti, fresh pasta, and select meat dishes.

Chef Botrini was born and brought up in Corfu and has had a long and successful career around the world, winning many prizes including a coveted Michelin Star in 2020 for his Athens restaurant, Botrini’s.
