Kyriacos Stylianides: Business transformation is the only way forward (video)

Kyriacos Stylianides, Managing Director of Supernova Consulting, recently shared his view of what Chief Financial Ofifcers (CFOs) in Cyprus can expect over the coming year, encouraging them to make the most of technology and automation when dealing with challenges.

Stylianides talked to INBusinessTV within the framework of the 18th CFO Management Forum in Nicosia, where he was also an expert speaker.

Stylianides said he believed this would be a challenging year for businesses in Cyprus and one where CFOs would have to deal with post-pandemic growth, enabling technological automation and managing challenges around talent acquisition and retention.

“For any business, business transformation is a must,” he said, adding that technological advances were an important tool for this.

“And we should not be forgetting our people when we talk about technology and how to deal with challenges,” Stylianides continued, noting that by using automation to free up staff from manual, repetitive tasks, workers’ time and energy could be better spent to adding more value to the business.
