Hotel in Old Nicosia on sale for €3.5 million

A well-known two-star hotel in Old Nicosia, the Royiatiko, has been added to GoGordian Real Estate’s property portfolio.

Situated 60m from Ledra Street and 100m from Eleftheria Square, the hotel will be auctioned on 10 April with the reserve price currently set at €3.5 million according to GoGordian Real Estate’s website.

The property has a 32-room capacity and encompasses two underground levels, a ground floor, and three stories.

The covered areas come to 1,340 sq.m. with covered verandahs amounting to 92 sq.m., uncovered verandahs to 360 sq.m. and the basement to 1,243 sq.m. The hotel is built on a 777 sq.m. plot.

Outdoor areas include a swimming pool and open-air showers. There is a bar on the south section of the property which is also part of the hotel but which has a separate entrance allowing it to operate independently.
