Cyprus-based AGP Law and London-based Lamb Chambers Barristers join forces in expanding their international litigation practice

AGP Law (Cyprus) and Lamb Chambers (London, UK) are pleased to announce their official collaboration as of January 24th, 2023. The Association is formed to accommodate the ever-growing litigation needs of AGP Law’s client base, in Cyprus, England & Wales, Bermuda, Dubai (DIFC) and shortly within the British Virgin Islands.

The two firms’ association demonstrates their ambition to invest in and to better serve growing client needs across the globe. On the Lamb Chambers side, the Association is headed by Senior Counsel Mr. Timothy Frith, who is currently the Head of Lamb Chamber’s Offshore Practice (Timothy was called to the Bar of England & Wales (1996), Bermuda (2013) and the BVI (2015)). He is supported by a team of Barristers from the Lamb Chambers Offshore Group, namely Mrs. Natalia Perova (2014), Mr. William Skjott (2014), Mr. Dominic Bright (2016), Mrs. Harriet Ho (2017), and Mr. Oscar Davies (2018). Timothy and his team of barristers will assist AGP Law’s litigation, arbitration and mediation practice in England & Wales, Bermuda, BVI, Dubai (DIFC) and, Cyprus. The association between AGP Law and Lamb Chambers will deal with disputes in the following areas:

  • Corporate & Commercial
  • Banking & Finance
  • Trusts & Insurance
  • Insolvency & Shipping.

Timothy Frith is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a CEDR accredited mediator, who will also lead AGP’s international arbitration practice.

This Association will enhance AGP Law’s litigation practice, extend the reach of services and cross jurisdictional boundaries for the firm’s international clientele. The collaboration itself marks a significant jurisdictional expansion for AGP Law’s dispute resolution practice. At the same time Timothy and his team of barristers will be in a position to directly represent their partners and clients before Cyprus courts though joint representation with AGP Law.

Along with AGP Law’s launch of operations in Dubai (UAE) as of July 2022, this Association is an important step in AGP Law’s plans to evolve from a local full-service law firm to a firm with international reach and capabilities.

Additionally, to AGP Law’s jurisdictional expansion though this collaboration, we are now able to further represent clients and associates of Lamb Chambers and Timothy Frith before Cyprus courts, who through this collaboration can jointly be represented by Timothy Frith, his team of barristers and AGP Law before the courts of Cyprus.
