Finance Minister meets with Economy and Competitiveness Council

The Economy and Competitiveness Council has presented Finance Minister Makis Keravnos with the Long-Term Strategy Plan for the Sustainable Growth of the country’s economy.

A statement by the Finance Ministry said that Keravnos had a meeting with the members of the Council, where views were exchanged on its main objective, which is shaping an integrated growth framework that will be the guide for the implementation of a new economic model for Cyprus, ensuring long-term sustainable growth for the economy.

Keravnos assured the Council’s president, Takis Clerides, of his undivided and continuous support for the work of the Council as it implements the objectives of the Long-Term Strategy Plan.
