Cybarco: Towers, villas and residences under construction around Cyprus

Several new Cybarco projects are in the works in various areas of Cyprus, with some expected to be delivered within 2023.

Among them is Attikis Residences which marks the company's dynamic return to the capital city.

However, due to the strong demand recorded especially for residential units in Limassol, Cybarco is soon to announce the launch of two new developments: Thalassa Residences in the historic city center and just 150 meters from the pier, and Seaview Heights in Germasogeia overlooking both the city and the sea.

Below are Cybarco's main development projects currently underway:

Trilogy Limassol Seafront

Nearing completion of its first phase is Trilogy Limassol Seafront, while construction continues on the third (north) tower, as well as the 7,500 sq m private outdoor area, which will include swimming pools, pool-bar, playground and landscaped gardens.

The project, which is located on the Limassol coastline, includes a total of three towers and a public square.

Aktea Residences 3

The residential project Aktea Residences 3 is located in a prime location near The Oval, a stone's throw from the coast of Limassol. It is a continuation of the series of boutique apartment buildings developed by Cybarco in central parts of Limassol.

It consists of two buildings with 29 one, two, three bedroom apartments and a luxury penthouse. The project will be completed this year, as only the penthouse remains.

Attikis Residences

Attikis Residences marks Cybarco's dynamic return to the capital's real estate market.

This is a residential development in Platis Aglantzias. Specifically, Attikis Residences consists of two buildings with 22 luxury two and three bedroom apartments.

It is noted that the construction works will start soon, while 80% of the apartments have already been sold.

Akamas Bay Villas

In Latsi, near the Akamas peninsula, the Akamas Bay Villas residential project is on track for implementation.

The second phase of the project has already been completed, leaving only four villas available, two of which are ready for delivery.
