Tech4s looking to recruit Affiliate Manager in Limassol

Cyprus-based Tech4s Group is on the lookout for an Affiliate Manager at its Limassol offices.

Tech4s, a fast growing and innovative service provider with Headquarters in Cyprus and a representative office in Malta, provide tech oriented and high-quality services aimed at enabling its clients’ growth and success.

According to the company, its team consists of IT, Marketing, eCommerce and other high calibre professionals with experience in different industries.

“Due to our continuous growth we are seeking to hire an Affiliate Manager to join our Affiliation Department,” it said.

The new recruit’s responsibilities will be building and developing relationships with assigned Affiliate partners; actively searching for - and acquiring - new Affiliate partners; overlooking the overall performance of assigned affiliates and continuously optimising deals/campaigns; reaching targets of ROI; brainstorming, suggesting, and implementing initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities, and increase ROI; providing solutions and assistance to affiliates and motivating them to provide maximum exposure and revenues; ensuring all material with the assigned affiliates is up to date; campaigns, design, landing pages, bonus offers, links; reporting on results, performance, and ROI on a regular (weekly/monthly) basis; participating in or leading internal projects and processes based on business and operation needs; keeping up to date with any legal changes/ requirements and making sure all Affiliate partners are compliant; and attending industry events.

As for the company’s requirements, previous working experience as Account Manager in the online sector is mandatory. Candidates must have excellent analytical skills and enjoy data mining, a good understanding of digital marketing (PPC, SEO, Social media, etc.) and excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English. They must also have strong sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills, advanced Excel skills, the ability to always ensure top-quality projects, delivered on time with a can-do approach.
