Short-term stay at one of Limassol’s high-rises – Alternative accommodation gaining traction

A number of Limassol’s high-rise buildings are now offering apartments for short as well as long stays. The ability for short-term accommodation at one of the town’s towers has become a popular alternative option for those looking for a more luxury, high-end experience.

Sunset Gardens

The most recent addition to the short-term accommodation offering is Sunset Gardens by Imperio. The Sunset Stays service launched in early March, eight months after the first phase of the construction project was completed. It is located by My Mall and the upcoming City of Dreams Mediterranean casino-resort.

Visitors will be able to combine their short stay in Limassol with the unique experience of living in one of Cyprus’ most modern and sustainable residential projects.

A number of one and two bedroom apartments are available under the Sunset Stays service, while more will be added once the second phase of construction work is complete towards the end of 2023.

The Icon

The Icon Stays short-term flat rental service has been up and running at The Icon – Imperio’s impressive high-rise building in Germasogeia - since 2022.

The 125-metre and 21-floor tower primarily attracts businesspeople who are visiting Limassol for professional purposes or conferences, but also tourists from across Europe.

The Icon also attracts locals wishing to experience life in a tower and all the amenities it has to offer for a few days. One of the building’s highlights is the La Caleta restaurant on its 10th floor, which has become a huge attraction in Limassol and offers incredible sea views.

Only Boutique Suites & Residences (DTA)

DTA Group is also offering the option of short-term accommodation at its multi-story building Only Boutique Suites & Residences in Germasogeia, where guests have a choice between a number of suites and rooms.

The building offers spa and wellness services, as well as refined dining options with The Brunch Boutique and DO Wine & Dine.

Limassol Del Mar

The Limassol Del Mar also offers a choice between luxury apartments or studio suites with sea views for short term lease. Each suite stands out for its impressive interior design, which was assigned to the renowned Italian firm Gianfranco Ferré Home.

Guests have direct access to a multitude of comforts at the Limassol Del Mar’s luxury facilities, including a lobby, pool, sauna, steam bath, high-tech gym and 24-hour reception and concierge service. Limassol Del Mar is the product of a collaboration between two of Cyprus’ biggest developers, the Leptos and D. Zavos Groups.

The Tower (St. Raphael Resort)

The Tower in Limassol combines private accommodation with a hotel resort’s luxury services, being situated within the St Raphael Resort & Marina, in the Pyrgos area.

The 14-floor building offers luxury apartments for short-term stays, along with the hotel’s amenities, including the popular Golden Monkey Thai Restaurant, a play area for children, bar, garden, outdoor pool and veranda. It also offers a variety of other wellness facilities, such as a sauna and hydromassage, a business centre and gym.

Olympic Residence

At Olympic Residence, consisting of two towers, visitors have a choice between a number of deluxe apartments for their short stay.

The elegantly furnished apartments boast a stylish living space and kitchen, and come with a number of amenities, including pools, a country club, tennis court and spa with Roman baths.
