Wizz Air looking to recruit cabin crew and flight attendants

Larnaca-based Wizz Air is looking for full-time cabin crew and flight attendants to work on its fleet and get the opportunity to fly to over 200 destinations in more than 50 countries – and counting.

Wizz Air’s Cabin Crew live and work in 40 cities in 16 countries: Albania, Austria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Georgia, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Serbia, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.

Potential candidates can register to join the company’s Recruitment Day via the Wizz Career website. It will be a one-day assessment, consisting of a short personal introduction, situational role-play, team play, a company presentation (company introduction, employment conditions, development opportunities), recruitment results and Cabin Crew Training for successful candidates.

As a Wizz Air flight attendant, the successful candidates will focus on both safety and customer care; perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with the Company’s policies; manage in-flight sales and money handling; welcome passengers and help them during the flight; act in accordance with the company’s values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, integrity, sustainability; and be part of a new family of more than 6,000 aviation enthusiasts.

Applicants must be aged 18 or over, have an arm reach of 210cm while standing on tiptoes and have a high school degree. They must be fluent – written and spoken – in English and in an additional European language (either Romanian, Bulgarian, Polish, Hungarian, German, Italian Lithuanian, Latvian, Slovak, Czech, Macedonian, Serbian, Ukrainian, Georgian or Bosnian).

They must have a valid passport without limitations (valid for minimum 6 months), be able to swim, live or are ready to move within 60 minutes of your chosen base and prepared to make this journey upon work schedule, and not have tattoos and/or piercing on parts of the body that are visible when wearing uniform
