BrainRocket and Cyprus Business Club talk Cyprus law

Cyprus-based IT software development company BrainRocket has announced its first collaboration between BROught UP and the Cyprus Business Club, which brought about an important meeting on 8 April, titled, “Legal Literacy for Cyprus Residents. What do you need to know?”

The meet-up featured four speakers who are some of the best legal experts in Cyprus and abroad, who covered topics including family law, tax management as a Cypriot resident, company registration and self-employment, company closure, and the legal options to reduce taxes upon relocation. They also answered essential questions and shared their knowledge about other legal and financial topics.

“BrainRocket is very proud of this amazing BroughtUp initiative as it helped educate around 80 people who attended; not only staff, but also the Cypriot community as a whole, about these super important topics,” the company said.

Following the lecture, there was a buffet for everyone to enjoy and many people took advantage of the time after to have a networking session where they could to meet new and interesting people from diverse backgrounds.
