ALAMBRA officially enters the fresh milk market

ALAMBRA Dairies has officially launched its fresh milk on the Cypriot market, after deciding to branch out from its 40-year history in halloumi production.

The new introduction is expecting to shake up the local fresh milk market by increasing competition. Locals spend around €70m a year on fresh milk, with it being their most favoured dairy product according to recent data.

Driven by its main pillars – tradition, experience and expertise of 40 years – and its leading position in the cheese processing market, ALAMBRA Dairies said it guarantees the quality and freshness of its new milk, which is manufactured at its pioneering factory using the latest technology.

ALAMBRA’s five new categories of fresh milk are: goat milk, lactose-free milk (delact), skimmed milk, semi-skimmed milk and full-fat milk.
