AKASA: A special project by Armeftis Partners in Limassol

Architectural firm Armeftis Partners has revealed details about its latest design, AKASA, which is a unique residential building in the prominent Panthea area of Limassol.

AKASA stands out because of its prime location, north of Limassol, which gives it unobstructed views of the town and sea.

The building will consist of modern two and three bedroom flats, designed to have huge outdoor spaces that function organically as an extension to its interior, allowing their use all year around, whether it is winter or summer. The moving panels act as filters that control the sunlight and offer more privacy. The firm has paid special emphasis to incorporating green elements, making it an environmentally-friendly place to live that meets the highest sustainability standards and is energy efficient.

AKASA is just the latest offering by Armeftis Partners, whose designs are known for their “green” elements. “The design of the buildings, their orientation, the use of shading systems, the plantations, are all tools in the hands of professionals who place sustainability and reducing their energy footprint at the core of their focus.”
