Temporary casino building in Limassol up for rent

The building where Melco Resorts & Entertainment has been running its temporary casino in Limassol is up for rent.

Alternative Investment Fund CYREIT, member of the Prodea Investments Group, announced that the recently refurbished commercial building will be available to rent for €68,000 as of 1 August.

The mixed-use property consists of an underground level, ground floor and mezzanine, while it spans 5,945 sq. m. and has 76 parking spaces. It is in the Zakaki area, by My Mall Limassol and City of Dreams Mediterranean (CoD), Melco’s first casino resort in Europe.

The temporary casino will stop operating once CoD opens, while the satellite casinos in the rest of the towns will continue to operate as before.
