International recognition for PERHA Group Director and GR8 Tech Group HR Director

Marianna Hadjiandoniou, Founder and Director of PERHA Group and Group HR Director of GR8 Tech, the evolution of Parimatch Tech, has been selected as a finalist in the category "Outstanding Leader in HR" at the "Reward Strategy, The Leadership Awards 2023".

The ceremony for the international awards in the areas of rewards, payroll and human resources will be held in London on 15 June. Applications for this award were submitted by individuals who lead HR strategy and Hadjiandoniou's selection can be considered a significant success for Cypriot businesswomen in the field of HR.

Referring to this honorary distinction, Hadjiandoniou stated that "My participation in the 'Reward Strategy, The Leadership Awards 2023' highlights the passion I have, with my team, to create workplaces where people and teams can thrive and achieve their goals and where organisations can achieve sustainable growth and success."

Hadjiandoniou is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Surrey, UK. Since January 2021 she has been a certified Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) Professional, while she is also the Secretary of the Board of Directors of CSR Cyprus. Hadjiandoniou is a Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus-certified trainer. At the same time, she has extensive experience with local and international companies and has a solid background in managing all HR areas and in downsizing exercises, as well as in mass hiring and reorganisations.
