Winner of HfC auction attended Tottenham Hotspur - Manchester United derby in London

The winning bidder of the auction at the charity gala dinner "Give Hope a Hand", organised by the humanitarian organisation "Hope For Children" CRC Policy Centre last October at the Presidential Palace, attended the Tottenham Hotspur - Manchester United match on Thursday 27 April, in London. The trip, which was auctioned during the event, was one of the prizes offered by Libertex, the main sponsor of the evening, in an effort to further support the Organisation financially.

Apart from collectibles of major football teams from abroad, of which Libertex is the Official Online Trading Partner, the gift that attracted the most interest was a trip for two to London, with all expenses covered, to watch any match of their choice. The lucky winner chose to attend, along with his son, the Tottenham Hotspur - Manchester United derby at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, from the private suite maintained by Libertex at the stadium as the club’s Official Online Trading Partner.

The Executive Director of "Hope for Children" CRC Policy Centre, Andria Neocleous, stated: "We would like to thank Libertex for their support and contribution, both at the charity gala through the donations they offered for the auction, as well as for their longstanding contribution. The support of the private sector is extremely important as it helps us continue our work unobstructed, to ensure the protection of children from all forms of violence and exploitation."

On Libertex’s side, Marios Chailis, Chief Marketing Officer of the Libertex Group, stated: "Libertex has been supporting the charitable work of Hope for Children in every possible way, so offering the collectible items and the trip at the gala dinner auction was the least we could do for an organisation that in turn offers so much for the protection and well-being of children. We remain always by the side of Hope for Children and gladly respond to their every call for support."

The charity dinner "Give Hope a Hand" was organised for the financial support of the humanitarian organisation "Hope For Children" CRC Policy Centre, which implements multi-level programmes related to the protection, education, and well-being of all children. The event, whose main sponsor was Libertex, took place in the presence of the former President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nicos Anastasiades, at the Presidential Palace, and included an official dinner and entertainment programme curated by the Goodwill Ambassador of Hope For Children, George Theophanous, accompanied by singers Despina Olympiou and Hovig.
