3CX Recognised as top call centre software by Gartner

Cyprus-based 3CX, a leader in business communications, has once again emerged as a standout product, featuring in 12 of the flagship Q1 2023 reports by Gartner Digital Markets - that included Capterra, Software Advice, and GetApp.

“The reports, which showcase the most highly rated solutions in the industry, are based on feedback provided by the most valuable source: End-Users - making the recognition all the more significant,” 3CX said, announcing the news.

“The consistent recognition by Gartner Digital Markets is a testament to 3CX's leadership in the industry, solidifying 3CX Unified Communication System’s reputation for delivering high-quality and effective solutions,” it added.

Recognition from respected industry leaders

So far, 3CX has featured on the Capterra Shortlist 2023, in the categories Call Centre Software, Cloud Communication Platform Software, Cloud PBX Software, Telephony Software and VoIP Software. At the GetApp awards, 3CX stood out in the Call Centre Software, Cloud PBX Software and Cloud Communication Platform Software categories. It was also among the frontrunners of the Software Advice awards, in the categories Call Centre Software, Telephony Software, Cloud PBX Software and Cloud Communication Platform Software.

Capterra is a well-known online marketplace that allows businesses to search and compare software solutions, while GetApp is a platform that assists companies in discovering and selecting the right software for their specific needs.

3CX free live chat and messaging a hit with end users

“These recognitions are not just a reflection of the quality of 3CX's product features, but also the satisfaction of our users who benefit from them,” the company said. “Capterra users were highly impressed with the 3CX Chat and Messaging feature, awarding it one of the highest ratings compared to other features. Meanwhile, GetApp users were pleased with how user-friendly and highly functional the 3CX Phone System is.”

The overall rating of 4.45 out of 5 from over 350+ reviewers says a lot about the capabilities and quality of the platform - particularly the 3CX call centre software, it added. “Users' feedback is a crucial factor in enabling us to improve and enhance offerings, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the industry.”
