Delightful sorbet flavours at Colors Café by Four Seasons (pics)

Enjoy the definition of summer at the Four Seasons Hotel Colors Café where Ice Cream Week is being celebrated from 16 to 25 June.

A recent event right next to the pool and only a few meters from the sea, saw the media, influencers, and food bloggers get a preview of the coming Ice Cream Week with a tantalising selection of flavours, colours, sorbet aromas, and cool margarita cocktails.

They were taken on a unique journey of flavours by Executive Pastry Chef Dimitris Hatzigiannis and his team. The flavours of lemon, red fruits, tangerine, watermelon, peach and even rose petals, were completely satisfying with their aroma, taste, and texture. The wonderful sorbet with notes of dark chocolate and orange, the unexpected aperol & limoncello, coconut coffee, banoffee, and ‘dragon summer’ offerings, completed the endless mosaic of flavours.

The textured and original creations Red Fruit Temptation and Exotic Fruit Celebration delighted, while the amazing collection of sorbets was completed by the unique ice cream compositions on a chilled platter.

The creative bartenders impressed the special guests with their signature version of the all-time classic margarita frozen cocktail, Exotic Passion, Dragon Fruit, Pomegranate, and Pink Grapefruit ... which will also be among the menu options during Ice Cream Week.
