Michael Kyprianou & Co. LLC Intellectual Property team awarded Legal 500 Tier 1 ranking

The Intellectual Property team at Michael Kyprianou & Co. LLC has achieved Tier 1 ranking in the recently published The Legal 500 2023 EMEA edition.

According to an announcement from the firm, the 2023 EMEA edition describes the team as versatile, covering all aspects of intellectual property from the registration and the exploitation of rights (by way of assignments and licensing) through to handling issues relating to the enforcement of rights (via litigation). It is also skilled at advising on custom actions and at advising on portfolio management.

LLC’s service portfolio has been extended and now also includes IP strategic review and advice services to support clients in their efforts to understand, identify, manage and protect their intellectual property.
