Emerland Real Estate hosted a very successful event for our official launch at Gazebo Mare in Limassol.

The glittering evening was well attended to an impressive list of dignitaries, industry leaders, stakeholders and the movers and shakers of the investment and development world, who I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart for joining us in our celebrations. Especially to the Former President, Mr. Nikos Anastasiades.

Cyprus is the country of my heart, where I feel at home. Not only because of the kindness of the people, but also the amazing locations and business opportunities. Which is why we at Emerland Real Estate area so proud to be bringing our vast industry expertise to the island, to create Timeless Developments, which offer quality and value for all.

And what a wonderful evening was had by all. Not only did we celebrate the launch of our real estate company, but we also announced some exciting news about our debut project Topaz Residences, as well as an illustrious collaboration with international hospitality giants The Radisson Hotel Group. Topaz Residences is a premium residential development in the up-and-coming Zakaki area of Limassol that features four blocks of stunning apartments linked by extensive gardens a private swimming pool, gym, and parking.

In addition, Emerland Real Estate is also developing Radisson Residences Limassol – a curated collection of branded residences for sale, as well as a serviced apartment component. This project is part of our milestone investment deal into over 130,000sqm of land in the new promising area around The City of Dreams integrated casino resort in Limassol. Created with the joint expertise of The Radisson Hotel Group, the development will open in phases beginning in 2026.

There are big things in the pipeline for Emerland Real Estate’s future investment and development in Cyprus. Which we couldn’t achieve without the support and collaboration of our partners. So I would also like to extend my gratitude to the expert architects, lawyers, accountants, agents, marketing teams and all consultants, for being a part of the growing Emerland family.
