With an emphasis on authentic and refined Italian cuisine, Sera by Ettore Botrini has opened its doors at the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol.

Headed by the Greek-Italian award-winning chef, Ettore Botrini, the brand-new restaurant has come to be the talk of the town and dominate the culinary map of Limassol.

Focus on seasonality and quality

The aim of the well-known chef, who has earned a Michelin star for his renowned restaurant Botrini's in Athens, is to offer a holistic dining experience, with an emphasis on seasonality, quality, and the use of locally produced ingredients.

For Botrini, cooking is not just a creative art, but a way of communication and expression.

Every dish at Sera is meticulously crafted, combining traditional Italian techniques with Ettore Botrini's personal touch.

The menu is complemented by selected Italian wines, which combine harmoniously with each dish.

The new Italian restaurant at the Four Seasons also stands out due to its modern design and sophisticated style.

The space, which bears the signature of distinguished architects-designers George Gavalas and Yiannis Mourikis, creates an architectural sense of harmony.

Sera by Ettore Botrini is located on the lobby level of the Four Seasons and can accommodate up to 100 people. It operates between 7pm and 10.30pm (last order) and is closed every Tuesday.
