Stasikratous Residences: Work on the second tallest building in Nicosia has begun (vid)

Construction work has begun on what will become the second-tallest building in Nicosia.

More specifically, following the imposing 360, which is the capital's tallest building, Cyfield has started construction work on Stasikratous Residences, which is located on Nicosia's most cosmopolitan street, Stasikratous.

It is a residential tower with a height of 104 meters and 26 levels. It will feature 46 luxury two- and three-bedroom apartments, which are designed with flexibility and adaptability in mind, so that every tenant can turn them into their dream home.

Cyfield has posted photos and videos on social media showing the progress of the work.

On the first floor of the Stasikratous Residences, residents can enjoy moments of comfort in the spacious luxurious lounge area, but also use the private gym.

The specific areas are located in close proximity to the heart of the city, but are still far enough away for residents to be able to enjoy them in absolute peace.

As noted by Cyfield, each Stasikratous Residences apartment is an ideal choice for those who love design and nature, but are not willing to compromise on location, view, and comfort.
