Ask Wire has welcomed FOX Smart Estate Agency to its Real Estate Dynamics (RED) and BRIX platforms.

Niki Tsivitanou, CFA, Head of Product at Ask Wire, and George Mouskides, General Manager of Fox, signed an agreement for collaboration that will allow Fox's network of estate agents and consultants to leverage Ask Wire's data, analytics, and insights across Cyprus.
Training for the platforms was delivered by Zacharias Andreou, Senior Analyst at Ask Wire, who focused on how these tools can assist estate agents and consultants maximise sales.

According to Ask Wire, this can be achieved by being able to price assets more accurately (for sale and for purchase), access new stock on a daily basis, and by being able to zoon-in at the property level to monitor rate of sale, compare asking with achieved price, etc. All information is available on their mobile device.
Real Estate Dynamics (RED) provides access to +140,000 transactions (updated monthly) and +22,000 listings (updated daily). Transaction data is cleansed, sorted by type, and mapped, whilst asking prices are from all banks and NPL servicers, properties in the foreclosure process, and aggregator websites.
BRIX: Ask Wire’s business intelligence tool provides aggregate information and insights, allowing the user to access information at the country, district, and municipality/ community level. Transaction data is then segmented by property type, price buckets, etc.
