In the second quarter of 2023, the composition of the share capital of listed companies in Cyprus was modified to both a small and large extent.

From the share capital dispersion statements announced by the companies themselves for the second quarter of 2023, the shareholders holding above 5% of the shares in 35 companies emerged.

It should be clarified that the statements concern the major shareholders of the companies in question, with a reference date of 30 June, 2023.
