The Link: The capital city's new €60 million commercial development (pics)

A new commercial development is in the works in Nicosia, on Limassol Avenue, with the cost of its implementation amounting to €60 million.

The development project will include apartments, office spaces, restaurants, and plazas. Specifically, on the upper floors, there will be office spaces, while the ground floor is intended for commercial use and urban plaza squares.

The Link will occupy a total area of ​​10,400 sq.m., of which 2,500 sq.m. will be intended for commercial retail use.

The architectural office that undertook the project is Aevitas Architecture Studio, an internationally renowned firm with extensive experience in office, retail, residential, leisure, and other mixed-use projects.

It is the architectural firm behind the Mall of Cyprus and other major developments in Europe, Africa, and Asia.
