CSM donates crucial monitor to Limassol hospital’s neonatal unit

Columbia Shipmanagement Cyprus has provided invaluable help to the neonatal department of Limassol’s General Hospital by recently donating a patient monitor for ECG, SpO2, IBP, temperature and respiration.
“Patient monitoring is especially important for neonates as they have a shorter timeframe for intervention, so we are happy that our contribution can help medical professionals with the vital, life-saving work they do to care for premature babies,” the company said on its social media.
CSM’s President and CEO, Mark O’Neil, and Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director, Andreas Hadjipetrou, visited Limassol General Hospital to personally deliver the equipment and thank Christos Nicolaou, Director of the Limassol General Hospital, as well as the vigilant doctors and nurses at the hospital, for their warm welcome and the crucial role they play in taking care of the future generation.
“At CSM, we believe in actions over words. In line with our ‘i care’ philosophy and corporate social responsibility, we act on our commitment to give back and invest in the development and well-being of our local community.”
