Wargaming: Looking to recruit lead producer for World of Tanks

Wargaming is looking to recruit a Lead Producer to contribute to and improve the quality of its legendary World of Tanks (WoT) game, to work full time in Nicosia.

“The position of Lead Producer in WoT PC Development is an integral part of the studio's leadership team, the very heart of product development with a rich history and demanding audience,” the company said. “Working in this position means great opportunities to interact with this audience, implement ambitious ideas, and be a part of the most professional teams in the industry. At the same time, it means great responsibility before the players and the team.”

As the head of the production team, the Lead Producer is responsible for the growth and development of the team and is a key player in making strategic product decisions and further implementing them. Close interaction with project stakeholders, shaping, evaluating, and controlling product goal achievements, as well as the distribution of tasks among product teams, are their main focuses.
