Park Avenue: Work is progressing on the Larnaca luxury residential development (pics & vid)

Construction work on the Park Avenue luxury residential development in the center of Larnaca is proceeding at an intensive pace.

The project has been undertaken by the Edge Development Group, which posted a video of the construction on social media, demonstrating the progress of the work.

In an advantageous area in the center of the city

The development is located in an advantageous area, which is characterised by the presence of residential, commercial/office, and less touristic developments.

Specifically, it is located at a distance of 1,300 meters from the Marina of Larnaca on Grigoris Afxentiou Avenue, at its junction with Adamantiou Korai Street, in the parish of Chrysopolitissa and on a plot with an area of ​​936 sq.m.

The characteristics of the project

Park Avenue will consist of 11 above-ground levels (including the ground floor), with the building's greatest height reaching 45.35 meters, and with a semi-basement level, which will be primarily configured as a parking space.

The space on the ground floor level will also be used as a parking area, while the second floor up to the tenth floor will consist of residential developments.

From the second to the ninth floor there will be a total of 23 luxury apartments, several of which have already been sold.

More specifically, it consists of four one-bedroom apartments, 16 two-bedroom apartments and four three-bedroom apartments. The area of ​​the apartments ranges from 62 sq.m. up to 126 sq.m., with the exception of the penthouse which has an area of ​​247 sq.m.

The penthouse, which is still available and looking for a buyer, consists of three bedrooms and has its own private pool and Jacuzzi.
