New €5.2 million residential development planned for Pegeia

A new residential development is to be built in the Municipality of Pegeia, having already received the approval of the Department of the Environment.

The proposed project will be developed on a total area of ​​6,021 sq.m. and includes the construction and operation of 20 two-storey houses with swimming pools and green areas.

GI-CYPRE PROPERTY 36 Ltd. submitted the project's plans and, according to the Environmental Impact Study, its cost is estimated to reach €5.2 million, with the estimated project execution period at 18 months after the required permits are secured.

What it will include

In more detail, the proposed project concerns the construction of 20 two-storey houses with parking, fencing, a shared swimming pool, and five private ones.

Within the development, an internal private road network will be created as well as an automated biological station for tertiary treatment of liquid waste with a capacity of 45 m3 / day.

Also, in addition to the private parking spaces, nine public parking spaces will be created within the development.

It is specified that five of the 20 residences will have a private pool. At the same time, eight of the 20 residences will have a terrace / leisure garden on their roof (roof garden).

The development is planned to be implemented in a plot with a total area of ​​6,021 sq.m. Based on the architectural design, an area of ​​4,700 sq.m. will be permanently sealed, which corresponds to approximately 77% of the total plot area of ​​the development.

In addition, 489 sq.m. will be granted as public green space. The total construction of the project will amount to 2,382 sq.m.

Where the development is located

The proposed project will be developed on a plot in the "Rassiera"location, within the administrative limits of the Municipality of Pegeia which is located in the southern part of the residential core of the Municipality, within the residential area.

Access to the project will be achieved via Isaac and Solomon Avenue, which abuts the southern boundary of the lot.
