ORA Developers reveal exciting international developments

While perhaps best-known in Cyprus for its involvement in the prestigious Ayia Napa Marina, ORA Developers is synonymous with a collection of international projects that are also both high-profile and high-quality.

The series, meanwhile, also reveals that Sawiris’ initial contact with Cyprus came at a challenging time for the country when it was in the midst of a financial and banking crisis that would make finding investors difficult for even the promising Ayia Napa Marina project. It also shows how, having first visited the site, he was also won over by the family values of the project’s local partners, Caramondani Group.

The landmark project, which includes two iconic twisting towers with luxury apartments, has been designed to blend within the beautiful surrounding environment and the crystal waters off the coast of Cyprus. As described by Sawiris, the €300-million-euro project is one that is anticipated to create long-term returns as it provides world class yachting facilities, a thriving commercial village featuring designers stores and more, fine dining options, an event centre, and much more, all in a secure, well-tended environment.

Eighteen is a multi-million-dollar, flagship, luxury living development, backed by ORA Developers, Saif Group and Kohistan Builders & Developers, who worked together to realise a vision of international living in Pakistan.

Situated at an exceptional location southwest of Islamabad and only 10 minutes from the city’s International Airport, Eighteen is a secure community of luxurious villas and apartments, serviced by world-class amenities. Moving on to Grenada and the spectacular Silversands, where even the most jaded frequent traveller will be delighted by a luxury destination that adds to beauty of its exquisite surroundings. The resort’s very design was inspired by nature. Facilities include but are not limited to a full-service spa, a fitness centre, flavourful dining options including two globally-inspired restaurants, and a 100-meter pool, which is the longest in the Caribbean.

In Egypt, meanwhile, the noteworthy ZED El Sheikh Zayed development is in the heart of El Sheikh Zayed city in Western Cairo. It has been created on 693,000 s.q.m. of top-quality real estate surrounding the one-of-a-kind ZED Park, the largest green space in the area. Residents can enjoy all the benefits of the high-quality, mixed-use, retail and entertainment facilities ZED El Sheikh Zayed provides.

Also in Egypt, ZED East is strategically located at the centre of the area’s larger community, a short distance from New Cairo. The project land area currently covers 100,800 s.q.m. and, due to demand, Pyramid Hills West Gate is currently also under construction, featuring 20 more twin and townhouses.

Looking ahead, meanwhile, ORA’s entrance into the UAE market - in partnership with Q Holding to develop a smart and sustainable city in Ghantoot, Abu Dhabi - is its largest development and first footprint in the UAE region.

It is also the largest real estate development in the history of the UAE’s private sector.

ORA envisions Abu Dhabi’s project to be an up-scale, sustainable, and comprehensive city of the future with a total area of 20,000,000 s.q.m (almost the size of Beirut) which makes ORA the only developer having this size of land in the UAE private sector, targeting both residents and tourists looking for a luxurious live-work-play community.
