UCLan Cyprus present at 83rd Academy of Management Conference

Dr Anthi Avloniti (Ph.D), MBA DL Course Leader at UCLan Cyprus, recently attended the 83rd Academy of Management (AOM) Conference in Boston, where she presented some novel research carried out by the university's academics.

The AOM Conference is considered the world's premier event for scholarly engagement and the largest gathering of management researchers in the world.

Dr Avloniti presented the novel research on Cultural Tolerance and International Corporations, which was developed with a team of UCLan Cyprus academics, including Christiana Anaxagorou and PhD candidate Spyridona Theocharous[JT1] .

Dr Avloniti also had the opportunity to interact with researchers from universities across the world to exchange ideas and seek collaborations for interdisciplinary research, as well as practitioners from large global organisations.
