EY Cyprus is moving to the Landmark Nicosia Office Tower

EY Cyprus is moving its offices from the iconic Jean Nouvel Tower in Nicosia to The Landmark Office Tower that is currently under construction by MHV Group in the heart of the capital.

In the meantime, and until the building work is complete, EY will temporarily be moving to an office block on Esperidon Street.

Rising above one of Nicosia’s most prime locations, The Landmark Nicosia Office Tower – located where the former Hilton Hotel used to be – builds upon a 60-year legacy as the go-to place for business and politics in Cyprus.

With Grade A office spaces spanning 16 floors, the 1,250 sqm flexible floor plates foster collaboration, enable ample natural light, and offer stunning park and city views.

Tenants will get to experience round-the-clock security, efficient reception services, dedicated underground parking, and expert building management provided by Invel-Prodea, renowned for their expertise in owning and managing a vast portfolio of prime office spaces in Cyprus and Greece.

EY will be leaving behind an equally iconic building. Jean Nouvel Tower, also known as The White Walls, is a high-rise building situated in central Nicosia. Designed by architect Jean Nouvel, it has gained recognition as one of Nicosia's notable landmarks due to its distinctive design and central location.
