Costas Papaellinas acquires Innova Medical

The Costas Papaellinas Group of Companies - Greece has announced its acquisition of Innova Medical, an Athens-based medical centre.

Innova Medical was founded in 1999 in Athens and it imports, exports and trades in medical equipment and scientific instruments, offering medical solutions and treatment methods.

Through the exclusive representation of internationally recognised manufacturers such as Candela Medical (https://candelamedical.com/) and Natus Medical Inc. (https://natus.com/), the company provides clinical and technical support at every stage

As a result of its stable and successful course, Innova Medical today offers a multitude of solutions and products in the fields of Aesthetic Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Neurology, Urology, Gastroenterology, Gynaecology and Surgery.

The acquisition expands the range of services and products offered by the Costas Papaellinas Group of Companies, strengthening its activities in the broader health sector.

The Group’s main criteria for acquiring Innova Medical were the opportunity to strengthen its activities in the field of Dermatology and integrate the solutions it offers in the field of Hospitals and Clinics, which are now being complemented with the provision of high quality equipment and the application of high-level technical and clinical support.
