Ritz - Carlton Residences: Grand opening near as construction is completed (pics)

The Ritz-Carlton Tower Residences on the coastline of Limassol has been completed and is ready for its grand opening.
The first images of the new property, situated on Amathountos Avenue in Mouttagiaka, paint an impressive picture.
The 33-storey skyscraper consists of 182 residences, including 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments.
The open floor design and the spacious private verandas create the feeling of being on a private superyacht.
Among other things, the high-rise building includes a piazza with luxury boutiques, a lobby, outdoor pools, and scenic gardens.
A high-end restaurant
The high- end restaurant Novikov will open its doors inside the brand-new building, promising to transform every meal into a unique experience, every meeting with friends into a special occasion and every celebration into an unforgettable day.
It is an internationally renowned restaurant which today has a presence in 10 different cities in Europe, Asia and America, among them London, Miami, Ibiza, and Doha, with its presence in the Ritz-Carlton Residences considered pivotal.
The details
The construction work of the new property was undertaken by Marfields Construction.
The agreements signed between Marfields with Marriott International ensure the application of standards consistent with the Ritz-Carlton ethos and regulations.
Among other things, the management of the project has been undertaken by the Ritz-Carlton international team, with the minimum duration set at 30 years.
The architectural design is by Moshe Tzur Architects & Town Planners Ltd, while the interior design was undertaken by Kristina Zanic Interior Architects.
