Millya Group opens OneHome luxury home and furniture store in Limassol

Millya Group, an investment company representing luxury fashion retail activities in Cyprus and worldwide, has opened OneHome, a luxury home and furniture store in Limassol.

Situated on Tompazi Street in Limassol, OneHome offers a broad range of luxury brands, from in-home furnishings and garden furniture to cookware and accessories. It also offers branded sound and video home systems.

The OneHome store is the most recent venture for Millya Group in Cyprus. Millya Group's portfolio also includes First Boutique stores, with the flagship store located at Limassol Del Mar- which also hosts First Boutique Kids-and two others at Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa also in Limassol, and at 360 NICOSIA as well as at Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort in Peyeia, Paphos. The Group also has an app, FIRSTBTQ.

Onewell Wellness & Floating Spa, meanwhile, is Millya Group’s first venture into the wellness and spa industry, and located at Zavos Aqua Park Resort in Mouttagiaka.

In a recent interview with CBN, Ilya Loshak, CEO and Group managing partner of Millya Group, which was established on the island in 2012, described Cyprus’ retail industry as “vibrant and growing."

Loshak said Cyprus' strategic location made it an ideal location for companies that are looking to expand their operations globally and had a luxury fashion retail sector with tremendous potential for growth both locally and on a global level.

More specifically regarding OneHome, Loshak described it as a luxury homeware store "which will carry a variety from the world’s top homeware designer brands, ranging from both indoor and outdoor furniture, kitchen design, tableware and glassware, home decor, and more. It will house itself at a large and prime location along the seaside road in Limassol, Cyprus, covering over 600 square metres of indoor space."
