Cyfield developing two new high-rise residential buildings in the centre of Nicosia

Following the imposing 360 Nicosia, the capital's tallest building, located on Makarios Avenue, as well as the under-construction Stasikratous Residences, on Stasikratous Street and which will be the second tallest building in the city, two more high-rise buildings are under consideration by Cyfield.

Downtown Residences

The first is Downtown Residences, an innovative residential building, which will also be developed on Stasikratous Street.

According to Cyfield, the building was created for a discerning clientele that seeks tranquility and comfort, while at the same time wanting to keep in touch with the vibrant pulse of the city.
