Japanese casino regulator visits Cyprus Gaming and Casino Supervision Commission

The Cyprus Gaming and Casino Supervision Commission (CGC), welcomed at its Limassol offices the delegation of the Japanese Casino Regulatory Commission, which consisted of the CEO and the Management of the Departments of Licensing and Compliance, Responsible Gambling and Social Responsibility, Anti – Money Laundering and Counter - Terrorist Financing as well Organizational Development.

The recently established Japanese Regulatory Body, chose CGC as the first international Landbased Casino Regulator, which honours Cyprus and CGC, the latter said in a press release.

The objective of the visit was to gain knowledge and information on best practice, in view of the regulation of the future casino resort in Osaka in 2030. The meeting was a great success and both Authorities agreed to further strengthen their relations.
